My photography style is crisp, classic, and authentic. I love capturing both wonderful posed portraits and candid moments.
I have 20+ years of experience photographing events and portraits.
I have made mitzvahs my home!
Whether just for portraits or a full day, I love this right of passage and am always honored to capture the momentous occasion. You can enjoy creating albums and ordering prints and products straight from your private gallery site.
I can't wait to hear about your family and share in the joy of your celebration! I know and care about the sacred meaning of the day! I have experience and knowledge of all levels of observance and treasure them all.
I am a fully inclusive person; all love, all neurodiversity, and all cultures are welcome!
Mazel Tov!

Let's Connect!
We will make sure I have availability for your day and set up a time to chat. In that conversation, I am privileged to hear about your unique celebration. I will provide you with more information on pricing and planning.
2
Plan For the Day!
We have secured the date and will chat again so I can fill out a planning document and get detailed information about your family and your specific desires for the day. We will make a list of all of the portraits and special moments to capture. You can feel free to put me in touch with any DJs, vendors, or planners. I will check in the week before, and feel free to contact me before the big day anytime!
3
The Day Arrives!
I arrive ready to go! I will have our planning document with me. I will be mindful of the time and provide good humor, kindness, and fun while we move through the day. I am having as much fun and joy as you are, so you might see me mouthing the words to the prayers and wiggling while snapping party pics :) I will check in toward the event's end to ensure I have captured what you need.

Post-Production
After the celebration has wrapped and we are all in the post-mitzah glow, I return home, download and back up all your images. After that, I will curate and edit images, then design and set up your private gallery. Within the first few days of your event, I will provide a Sneak Peek of at least 20 images. Within two weeks, I deliver the entire gallery. You can share unlimited downloads with family and friends. Prints, albums, and photo products are available to order straight from your gallery site.
I shoot with Nikon cameras and use primarily natural light. My favorite lenses are the 50mm 1.4, 24-70mm 2.8, and 70-200mm 2.8. I work most in the East Bay and Contra Costa County, where I have deep roots in the Jewish community, but I am happy to travel around the Bay Area!
In my 20+ year career in the Bay Area, here are some places I have photographed events (impossible to remember them all and not including the portrait spots!).
